I wanted to let everyone know that I am going to answer the questions that you sent. I haven't been posting them BUT I am keeping them and I plan on answering them in individual posts. That way other people can join the discussion. If you have not yet sent your question you can post a comment here. Since I am moderating the comments I will get it. If you want me to answer privately, just say that in the post and include an e-mail address. I'll answer the first question next week. I've got too much going on this weekend to give it fair treatment.
