I am great believer in the next generation. From what I have seen they are smarter, more concerned about others and their world, more involved politically and ready to do something to change their world. This is also the generation that in large degree is leaving the church behind. Those of us that believe in them must hear what they are saying. We need to hear them and they need to hear us. This video may have a political agenda but it’s important we hear it so we can understand. Then we can hopefully speak with wisdom.

We Christians have a lot to learn from this new generation. How often are we ever that unified about anything? We have one great commission and it seems to get lost in our daily lives. I'm jealous of the passion they have for their goal. Are we that passionate?
One thing that leaves me optimistic about my generation is that we tend to act on what we believe. My cousin Seth for example, believes passionately about economic, social, and health issues in Africa. Instead of simply signing a petition he will be moving to E. Africa at the end of next month with his wife and new born baby to work in community development. I am envious.
