Dumping what's left of my brain on Sunday night

  • I admit it I love talking about what God has called us to do as a church and who could ever get tired of talking about God's grace. The chance to talk about this in a focused way is my favorite part of Chapter 2.
  • I never get tired of baptisms - watching people publicly confess their faith in Christ WOW! I love watching people baptize their friends from small group. If you were in second service today you missed out on great baptisms at the other two services- Santa was baptized at Community Christian today.
  • Two great Chapter 2 group fellowships today. I love being with you guys and the conversations I've had with people about what they are doing to "buy in".
  • Been hearing some awesome stories from people about their experience in the Chapter 2 prayer guide. People have been having some of "their four" come with them to church. Doors have been miraculously coming open to meet and reach out to some of the 60,000.
  • More baptisms scheduled for this coming Sunday
  • I'm really looking forward to the message this coming. Last week I got to dazzle you with my ability on the flip chart, this week PROPS. OH YEAH!!
  • If you aren't signed up for a group fellowship come out on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. We'll have great time the day before Halloween. Email chapter2@community-christian.net if you want directions.
  • Finally a Sunday when the Falcons don't loose.
  • At the core of Community Christian Church are some of the most committed giving people. I am honored to even be associated with you guys. It's watching you step up and sign up for what God is doing that fires me up.
  • PRAY, GET INVOLVED, GIVE WHATEVER GOD IS LEADING YOU TO GIVE. November 11 we get to make our commitments.
  • After Chapter 2 we're going to have a great service called "What's up with that?" It's our chance to explain some of the weird God stuff that we do at church that unconnected people don't get.

I am ready to be baptized for the first time in my life. I feel reborn (never really understood that term until life had it that way) and I would love to share my baptism with Community Christian Church!!

God is going to do greater things through christine v than she can ever imagine. You only have to read her comments(I feel reborn..never really understood that...)to see how she's been affected by God's incredible grace. CV, I'm looking forward to your baptism - and who knows, the many, many other people that God uses you to reach?
